Proprietors wishing to enlist their vessels with the Grenada Flag are needed to have a "pre-enrollment" study directed installed the vessel by an assessor properly named by the organization. To help the pre-enlistment measure the proprietor (or approved delegate) are needed to give subtleties of any Conditions of Class, improved reviews, PSC records, and some other checking data considered significant as a feature of Grenada's pre-enrollment quality confirmation endeavors.
