The owner may demand the cancellation of a Grenadian Ship whenever. The legally approved erasure solicitation ought to be coordinated with the Registrar of Ships:

• Recorded as a hard copy, endorsed by the Owner (or an Agent with proof of approval)
• Clearly identifying the vessel
• Showing whether the vessel is sold and assuming this is the case, to which identity

A Certificate of De-Registration will be given upon cancellation.
